Bookings are confirmed after payment of a 30% booking fee or the full amount strictly via M-Pesa (Till Number: 5440810) to book your spot in the upcoming hiking event or private group tours and adventures.

• ✔ Always confirm availability before making payment
• ✔ Send your payment confirmation via WhatsApp
• ✔ Remaining balance is payable before or on hike day

We understand plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair while covering operational costs:

• ✔ Early cancellation: Booking fee is refundable or can be rescheduled
• ✔ Late cancellation: 10% deduction applies from the booking fee
• ✔ No-show: Booking fee may be forfeited

Please notify us as early as possible via WhatsApp to qualify for a refund or reschedule.

• ✔ Comfortable hiking shoes
• ✔ At least 2L of water
• ✔ Snacks / packed lunch
• ✔ Weather-appropriate clothing
• ✔ Personal medication (if any)

We will share a detailed gear checklist before your hike.

• ✔ Follow all guide instructions at all times

Our guides are trained in first aid and risk management.

Hiking conditions can change due to weather or safety factors.

• ✔ Routes may be adjusted for safety

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
